About the Role!
The Director of Business Systems is responsible for supporting, planning and managing business applications across HR, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain areas. The Director understands the processes performed by functional business areas and is proficient at leading these functional business areas with his/her functional acumen. The incumbent should be able to thrive in an exceptionally fast paced environment and build credibility with multiple business stakeholders. The Director will be someone who can see the “Big Picture”, and who can identify and execute projects that have a widespread, global, business-wide impact. S/he ensures the Business Applications (Oracle Financials, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.) projects/portfolio are defined, tracked and communicated in a consistent and effective manner, incorporates effective change and risk management controls, and is responsible for the management of the demand management process. The ideal candidate will have strong global solutions, application, and project/portfolio management experience. They must have a good understanding of technical infrastructure primarily in an Oracle EBS On – Premise/AWS Hosted environment. The candidate must have led global projects and supported Oracle EBS globally. This position will manage a team of functional and technical experts and will report to the VP-IT.
