About the Role!
This is a unique opportunity to be a part of an industry-leading patient services program dedicated to improving the lives of patients battling serious and rare diseases. Our Patient Services Mission: To be the champion for NTM (Nontuberculosis Mycobacteria) patients throughout their treatment journey, helping them access ALIS (Amikacin Liposome Inhalation Suspension) and supporting them every step of the way. Reporting to the Associate Director, Case Management, the Case Managers will have complete ownership to deliver upon a seamless ALIS patient experience within his/her region, in collaboration with internal as well as external patient services partners.
This will be located at our Bridgewater, NJ headquarters location.

Orchestrate the ALIS patient experience through collaboration and teamwork:
