About the Role!
The role of the Executive Assistant is to provide daily and on-going administrative support to senior level executive staff members within the Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance departments as required. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The role will require the candidate to be extremely organized, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to manage the needs of multiple constituents. The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role. The candidate must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible to shift priorities quickly. It is important that the candidate not only have strong working knowledge of MS Office but have advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including the development of complicated slides and presentations. International experience is a must.
To be considered, the ideal candidate MUST have pharma/biotech experience. Experience supporting Regulatory and/or Pharmacovigilance or other teams within Pharma/Biotech is required.
